Booking Terms & Conditions

• All payments are to be paid in Euros
• A deposit of 40% is required to secure your booking (bank transfer, PayPal can be used to make payment)
• The price includes all taxes, bedding, towels, daily clean and breakfast (unless self catering)
• Heating supplement maybe added during the winter months
• We currently do not have any credit card facilities but can accept deposit payments via PayPal
• Minimum 2 nights stay during high season
• All rooms and facilities are strictly non smoking
• Check in time after 3pm, Rooms must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure
• Child prices - under 5 years old free, 5 - 11 40% reduction, 12+ full price
• Two single beds maybe requested at time of booking at no extra charge

Cancellation Policy

No charge for cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival

Deposit is non refundable if cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival
